Matilda Haymes is a writer based in South-East London. She received a degree in English from the University of Bristol in 2018, before going on to study her master's degree in Modern Literature at Goldsmiths University. Much of her postgraduate research focused on the relationship between art and literature, with her thesis being an interdisciplinary project looking at the relationship between abstract language and music. Outside of her education, she has written for several publications, usually as an art or fashion columnist. 

 

She is currently working as a freelance writer and content creator.
